Description
This PR restores PHP 8.2 support.
Previously,
roave/security-advisoriesprevented installation of PHPUnit 11 in my local environment, which led to dropping PHP 8.2 support. This appears to have been caused by a local misconfiguration rather than an actual incompatibility.PHPUnit 11 works correctly, so PHP 8.2 support can be safely reintroduced.
